Product Summary
The ADM1062ASUZ is a multisupply supervisor/sequencer with margining control and temperature monitoring. In addition to these functions the ADM1062ASUZ integrates a 12-bit ADC and six 8-bit voltage output DACs. The ADM1062ASUZ can be used to implement a closed loop margining system. This enables supply adjustment by altering either the feedback node or reference of a DC/DC Converter using the DAC outputs. The ADM1062ASUZ is controlled via configuration data which can programmed into an EEPROM. All of this configuration can be programmed using an intuitive GUI based software package provided by ADI. Applications are (1)central office systems; (2)servers/routers; (3)multivoltage system line cards; (4)DSP/FPGA supply sequencing; (5)in circuit testing of margined supplies.
